Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
At Caregivers Primary Resource, families share some of the most private details of their lives with us. Health conditions, financial situations, legal matters, and family circumstances. We do not take that lightly. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the promises we make to protect it.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to share with us, which may include your name, contact details, information about your loved one, their diagnosis or condition, your caregiving situation, financial and legal circumstances relevant to your care needs, and anything else you tell us so we can help. We collect this through our intake form, our conversations with you, and your ongoing work with your Navigator.
How we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to help you. That means understanding your situation, building your care roadmap, supporting you through decisions, and staying in touch about your care. We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to serving you and your family.
Our promises to you
These are commitments, not just descriptions. We hold ourselves to them.
We do not sell your personal information. Not now, not ever. Your name, your loved one's information, your diagnosis, your finances, none of it is for sale.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
We share your information with others only when it is necessary to serve you, and you would expect it, for example, a service tool we use to run our business, or a professional you have asked us to coordinate with. We share only what is needed, and only with those who help us care for you.
If we ever contribute to research that helps caregiving families, we will do so only using information that cannot be traced back to you or your family, and we will tell you clearly before we do. We will never attach your name or identity to any research materials shared.
We will never change these promises in a way that reduces your privacy without telling you directly and giving you a real choice. We will not quietly rewrite this policy to do more with your information than we promised. If our practices ever change, you will hear it from us plainly, and you will be able to decide what happens with your own information.
The tools we use
To run our service, we use trusted third-party tools to collect, store, and organize information, including our intake forms, our customer records system, our email and scheduling tools, and automation that connects them. These providers process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We choose them carefully and share only what is needed with them to serve you.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to limit access to it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute protection, but we treat your information with the seriousness it deserves and work to guard it against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Your choices
You are in control of your information. You can ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time. To make any of these requests, just reach out to us at info@caregiversprimaryresource.com.
Children
Our services are for adults navigating caregiving. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service grows. When we make changes, we will revise the date at the top of this page. As promised above, if a change would reduce your privacy or expand how we use your information, we will notify you directly rather than make the change quietly.
Contact us
If you have any questions about this policy or your information, please reach out to us at info@caregiversprimaryresource.com. We are always glad to talk it through.
